Dr. Dale Zagiba, Chiropractor

Dr Zagiba Chiropractor Littleton Family Chiropractic

I was born and half raised down the shore of coastal New Jersey before my family moved to Raleigh, NC when I was about 8 years old. There I enjoyed playing football, competitive swimming, and volunteering with my church. After high school I attended East Carolina University and studied exercise physiology. While in school, I found a love of playing softball, dived deeper into volunteering, serving as President and other leadership roles in the honor fraternity Phi Sigma Pi, and serving as a representative on student government.

My uncle broke his cervical spine during an unfortunate pool diving accident before I was born. I was growing up I would say all the time as a small child “I’ll fix your neck one day Uncle Rick!”  Flash forward to just after my 20th birthday, I was getting ready to apply to Medical schools when my Mom very abruptly passed from a ruptured brain aneurysm. After this tragic loss, I decided that I wanted to be more on the preventative side of healthcare, with some strong guidance from my father I found Chiropractic, a profession where I got to help people naturally get to the source of their issues, correct it, and help educate them on what to do going forward to not just survive but thrive.

Before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, I had an amazing opportunity to internship and work for Live for Life at Duke University. While in school, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with my nose in the books and my feet in the sand.  After graduating from Palmer, I went back to Raleigh, North Carolina, and worked with and learned a ton from Dr. Flynn of Flynn Chiropractic & Sports Rehabilitation. Then following a great recommendation from a great friend and amazing Chiropractor, Dr. Cameron Hall, I made the move out to Colorado, and started my practice here in the Littleton and Ken Caryl area. I have been enjoying getting to know and serving this community ever since.

I am a husband to my most amazing wife, Lindsie. She is my rock, best friend and soul mate. I am father to two fantastic little men, Anthony and Joseph. I enjoy my free time chasing around my two boys, cycling, camping, spending time with friends, playing softball, attempting to skateboard, among many other out door activities. My guilty pleasures are for sure a good slice of NJ/NY style pizza, a greasy cheeseburger, and the occasional Saturday spent on the couch watching cartoons with my family.

Here at Littleton Family Chiropractic & Auto Injury Clinic, I help patients by administering excellent Chiropractic Care, offering Massage Therapy, nutritional support, and education, improving posture, and how to avoid pitfalls. So, if you are looking to make a health overhaul, or maybe just take the first step in improving your health and life, I would love to see if I can help.
